Any small multivitamins that you know of?
ByI need to take a multivitamin (preferably for women) but all I’ve seen are those horse pills? Anyone know of a good, SMALL multivitamin because I hate taking pills but know that I need to take these vitamins.

It’s going to be virtually impossible to find an adult multivitamin that meets what you are looking for in size. Since multivitamins are formulated to have a large portion of the RDI (recommended daily intake) for many vitamins/minerals, they end up with a 1.5 gram or larger tablet. It will be more expensive, but you can find individual vitamins/minerals or smaller combinations at GNC or your local pharmacy if you absolutely can’t bear to take the larger pill. Also, you might look for liquid multivitamin formulations for adults. I know that Centrum makes one and there are some at GNC as well. They may not taste great, but it’s better than choking. I would suggest liquid Centrum. It’s works and it doesn’t taste that bad.

Yes, there are small multivitamins available, but they don’t contain many minerals (Calcium, Iron, etc.) because minerals take up a lot of space, making the tablets large. You could take minerals separately if you needed them.
The only brand I can think of off the top of my head is One-A-Day Essential. See the website for more information about that particular vitamin. http://www.oneaday.com/products/essential.shtml

yes there is a multi vitamin that will suit ur need…it is nutrilite daily…just one tablet gives u 18 essential vitamins and minerals and 100% or more of thae adult RDI……and it just costas u 29.20 and it is 60 tablets that means two months….it will suit u the best…u can get it from the website
