Tamiflu is an antiviral drug, not an antibiotic, but it still requires a prescription. Believe me, if it were determined that you were infected with the H1N1 flu right now, medical staff will make sure you get Tamiflu or Relenza, the other antiviral drug being used. The CDC, the WHO and your local government want to contain this flu as much as you do. Relax.
Prescription only, and it’s going to be pretty hard to get a MD to prescribe it to you if you don’t have the Pig Flu because you shouldn’t have antibiotics (which Tamiflu is) unless you have the virus because you could build up an immunity to antibiotics then if you get a virus it’s 100% harder to treat.
