hey….glad you asked…i can actually use somethin i learned in cla*s ha……i’m takin nutrition and….the best way to make sure you get you vitamins and minerals is to eat your fruits and veggies…not jus one type either….eat a variety to get different kinds of vitamins…..that’s the best way to get em…..sometimes when ppl take vitamin suupliments they end up gettin too much of one and that’s not good for you….try eatin the recommended amounts of fruits and veggies…if you still feel you are experiencin a vitamin deficency then consult your doctor before takin a mulivitamin supplement….gotta be careful wit them things

The two answers above are just asinine…
YES YOU SHOULD!
I take Pure Essence Labs One ‘n’ Only multi, Rainbow Light’s food based calcium, and Country Life’s selenium! (find these cheap at vitacost.com)
Pros: your body will get all the vitamins and minerals it needs to function properly, which YOU CANNOT GET JUST FROM FOOD!
Cons: Some big brand corporate brands like One A Day and Centrum are made with cheap ingredients that are not natural!
