Outta here! Keeping into the family car for the first time since July 15. Good thing we have a full sized car as there’s lots of medial equipment to drag home. The trunk was so full we had t abandon some boxes of cereal. No worries-Daddy says they were on sale. After so many weeks in a hospital gown and stuck in ahospital room-this does feel inkda weird, but good. My first follow-up appointment back at the hospital is August 14.

Haven’t been on my feet much today. Did pound some raviolis. Pain meds have kicked in too. Looking forward to a quiet evening, I hope, with Daddy on the overnight shift as Mom goes to thehotel and gets some rest. Got two more flower bouquets too. Alex says the mail was delivered at home today but Dad put it on hold yesterday. Idiots.
