Well I’ve had a throat infection for the past 4 days, went to the doc. today and he said I had a fever of 102.7 and a throat infection he told me not to eat dairy products but thats about it. Is there anything else out there i shouldn’t drink. I am currently drinking Arizona Green Tea is that bad?

I have sore throat, dry cough, little feverish and overall feel like im sick or have the flu without the mucus.

Can Biaxin treat a Urinary Tract Infection?
Posted by: | CommentsI have Biaxin that I never finished taking from when I had a respiratory infection. I woke up this morning in a lot of discomfort and I’m 100% sure its a UTI because I get them every once in awhile. All I have is Uristat, and that only treats the symptoms which I’ve been taking today.
I can’t make an appointment with my doctor, because my Mom is in New Jersey for the next couple of days.
If somebody who has good medical knowledge can answer my question it would be greatly appreciated.
I can’t get to the doctor because my Mom is in NJ and I’m only 17.
At least in 3 months I can do all this on my own.

Posted by: | CommentsThis is the second time where I’ve started with a bad sore throat that caused bad ear pain followed by dual swollen eye infections. So over the course of ~3 days I have a head full of infections.
Can an infection migrate through your head this way? It really feels like this is what it’s doing. Thanks for your help.
why does my daughter have a staph infection in her throat?

Biaxin (clarithromycin) for sinus infection?

I had tonsilitis in June and was given Biaxin for it. I promptly lost the bottle after my first dose. I got another Rx for it as I could not find the original anywhere. It has since turned up…
I now have a sinus infection (i get enough of these to know)- cannot smell anything at all, persistent bad taste in mouth, green discharge, postnasal drip, face is sensitive to touch..
Are most sinus infections caused by a bacteria that is sensitive to Biaxin? (I took microbiology so I understand the concept behind it). I don’t have time to go to PMD between work and school… thanks!

Posted by: | CommentsHow can an infection in the throat or nose lead to a middle ear infection? Like, are they connected some way? I know there’s a tube that connects the throat and ear, is that how? What can a middle ear infection do? Is there a way to prevent something from happening to your middle ear if it is infected?
We were reading about this in biology class, but the teacher and book didn’t really explain it well.
Is it possible for an ear infection to pass from ear to throat?

It got worse not better although I was cleaning it daily I now have a throat infection is it possible that this happened because of my ear infection. I have now taken the earing out and the ear infection is getting better
