I really love this video, but I have an injury to my left knee. Some of the things might be too difficult because of the pain, like especially the “Child’s Pose” part.

I love this video, though, and it’s very nice of you to put these instructions on You Tube. It’s difficult for me to get out of the house.

I did moderate exercise 3-4 times a week and I ate healthy but was not overly watching my diet…by the way I had my blood pressure checked a few weeks ago it was 100/60 ….that was after a 4 day hike on the West Coast Trail and eating high fiber instant food.

Did you do anything other than yoga, like diet?

My blood pressure went from 144/82 to 118/77 in two months. No side effects. I recommend trying Levodyn. Good product!
